In Corso Dante, appartamento di grandi dimensioni, particolare e prestigioso, al sesto ed ultimo piano con mansarda e terrazzi ; totalmente progettato negli anni 70, sia per spazi, che per arredi, dal noto Eugenio Guglielminetti, uno dei maggiori arredatori, scenografi/costumisti teatrali e televisivi del secondo Novecento italiano.
E' dotato di tre ingressi: due al sesto piano ed uno al settimo in mansarda.
L'appartamento è così composto: ingresso su ampio e luminoso salone doppio con camino e sala da pranzo, arricchito da una scala a vista in ferro e legno, architettonicamente connotante, che conduce al piano soprastante. Dal salone con ampio balcone, che domina Corso Dante, si accede allo studio biblioteca con terrazzino verandato e al corridoio sul quale si apre un secondo ingresso di servizio.
Lo spogliatoio per ospiti con boiserie in legno fa da filtro verso il lungo corridoio che conduce alla cucina con dispensa, alla lavanderia separata e tinello/pranzo. Cucina e tinello si aprono sul terrazzino che spazia sul verde dei giardini delle mura.

In Corso Dante, large, particular and prestigious apartment on the sixth and top floor with attic and terraces; totally designed in the 70s, both for spaces and for furnishings, by the well-known Eugenio Guglielminetti, one of the greatest theatrical and television decorators, set/costume designers of the second half of the Italian twentieth century.
It has three entrances: two on the sixth floor and one on the seventh in the attic.
The apartment is composed as follows: entrance onto a large and bright double living room with fireplace and dining room, enriched by an architecturally connoting open staircase in iron and wood, which leads to the floor above. From the living room with large balcony, which overlooks Corso Dante, you enter the study-library with a small veranda terrace and the corridor onto which a second service entrance opens.
The guest dressing room with wooden boiserie acts as a filter towards the long corridor that leads to the kitchen with pantry, separate laundry room and dining room/dining room. The kitchen and dining room open onto the small terrace which overlooks the greenery of the walls' gardens.
